ATTENDANCE AND PUNCTUALITY

Attendance and punctuality is of great importance to ensure that all children can access the full range of learning in all lessons.

School starts at 8.45am.

Any child arriving after 8.55am will be marked 'late' in the register. Any child arriving after 9.15am will be marked absent in the register and must be brought into school and signed in by an adult.

The school day-

Reception, Key Stage 1 & 2 School Times

Morning: 8.45am to 11.45am or 12.30pm
Afternoon: 12.30pm or 1.15pm to 3.15pm
There is a 'staggered' lunchtime: Reception & Years 1-3, and Years 4-6

 

This totals 32.5 hours per week- inline with statutory guidelines


Nursery times: Morning: 8.30am to 11.30am
Afternoon 12.15pm to 3.15pm


Main school children should not arrive before 8.40am. Doors open at 8.45am.
Key Stage 1 classes have 2 breaks of 15 minutes morning and afternoon, Key Stage 2 classes have a morning break of 15 minutes.
